Titans needed an established coach, not a rookie one imo. Hasler or Madge would’ve been perfect

Hasler would've sent them broke in a year. Madge I agree with.

However I'm not fussed on the established versus rookie coach thing if they're good enough then they're good enough.

Of course I'm bias because the Warriors only periods of success were off the back of rookie coaches.

I'd still look at the roster first. A lot of decent players off contract. Shame the Titans don't have more of their own off contract.
