That penalty against Finucane in the lead up to the try was horribly unlucky. Being a metre from the ruck diagonally away and not trying to interfere, you shouldn't be able to be penalised for being in the ruck. But it is very hard to feel sorry for Melbourne there as they invented the milking of the penalty in that situation which sees that sort of "play" by the defense penalised all the time now.
