Can everyone explain why hunt wasn’t binned?

I don't think they generally use the bin when they award a penalty try. The penalty try is the punishment for the infringement. They use the him when foul play prevents a possible try

Well then it's not much different to a certain 2 points and playing a team down a man for 10 minutes.

That isn’t fair. So basically the player isn’t penalised and the side is only given the try they wouId have scored - they get no benefit from illegal activity.

So really players should do it all the time.

Well you're penalised by conceding six points, so I'd suggest you are actually penalised...
