If you need cheap tickets to pull fans to the clubs spiritual home, the ground is clearly not very popular...

Sell cheaper tickets at a decent central ground where they can actually afford the cheaper tickets and they can sell to both sets of fans.

It's the DAY of game ! (a school/work night for most) not the ground!

I don’t think even cutting ticket prices in half would make that big a difference, if people can’t be bothered going or struggle with the time slot at $30 why would they bother for $15.

The raiders have a deal with one of the pubs where if you buy a meal you get a free ticket and bus to and from the game.

So anywhere from $20 for a burger or pizza, to $40 for rib eye you get a ticket and transport, great deal.

You’re probably right I think convenience is a bigger factor than price for some.

A good crowd! Noticeably less than the much maligned Friday 5.30pm timeslot last week. But Penrith don't have the drawing power of the other Sydney clubs.

Manly game has been negatively affected by rain. It's teeming down. Sometimes torrential! Feel a bit sorry for Manly. Things haven't gone their way. Hope it turns around for them. The only NRL club from Northern Sydney to the Central Coast and a cavalcade of things are going wrong. I also feel sorry for the rugby league fans of northern Sydney and Gosford . Undercatered for big time! But some can't see this. Locality and proximity with rivalry is extremely important in maintaining a flourishing and robust NRL presence/ dominance in Sydney.

A good time of season to host a low drawing club. Everyone is keen. Weather was great and Knights had come off a win. Smart scheduling. Same for Shark park game. Although sharks had a loss but they had a dance promotion happening which helped crowd numbers for a low drawing club visiting Sydney. Good weather again!
