How are they doing that? The Balmain half of the jersey is the prominent thing! lolIm not a fan of the "look" of the Heritage jersey, but what I do like is Wests Ashfields (our new overlords) continuing efforts at not burying the Tigers heritage. Well done to them.

If the two black vees were one thicker vee, without the orange in between the black and white (orange/black/white/black or black/orange/white/orange), I'd agree.Y'know, swap the orange & black and it could work as a home and away set
You'd need to swap the design a little tbh - those vees on the orange section are distinctly Balmain, so you'd want to see the thicker Magpie vees if you flipped it.That's pretty clever.

More of a fauxback than a heritage jersey imo.

Almost all "heritage jerseys" are fauxbacks anyway - even when they attempt to replicate something these days it's generally not true to the original.More of a fauxback than a heritage jersey imo.

That’s what a board full of half west’s and half Balmain exec’s get ya. Should of followed the 2013 approach when they had 2 heritage strips, each dedicated to the specific team.

I think once you slap on the nrl and club logos its a different story as you're using their ip?Awkward it may be but the fan design is using intellectual property owned by someone else.

If you click through to the twitter profile of the guy I posted a few posts back you can see just that. It’s clever. I like it....
For WestsTigers I mean.
They’d burn down St George Leagues if there was ever a combined Red V / Steelers design
Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a merger? All future merges should require new set of colours and team name. Eg if Storm and Sharks were to merge, call them the Southern Penguins with green and orange or some shit. And long socks FFS.
Go full USA style- Seattle Sonics move town and are now called Oklahoma City ThunderWouldn't that defeat the purpose of a merger?
