How much middle has Gillett played?

I know you have young forwards coming through with big raps, but Gillett is a proven international quality edge. Seems a strange decision.

It has most in the fanbase puzzled as well. Gillett himself eluded to the purpose being just to get him back in the swing of things, but it's looking like the young blokes coming through for the edge are just too many to ignore. Also there is the situation with TPJ's hamstrings to consider as well. I'd dare say if he was 100%, he would be playing 13 and Gillett would be back on the edge.

No doubt plenty of teams are going to target Milford and Nikorima and test what sort of protection your edge defenders can provide.

Coming up against Bellamy first game will probably give a good indication of how they’ll handle it. He’s the sort of coach to test these things.

Big question marks are how fat are Birdman and Milplod, and will Gillette get through the game.

Not as many worries for the Swarm, so they win.

Methinks Broncos will get the choccies in this one. The difference being the halves in the final 20 minutes. Broncos 32-16.

A game of lots of injuries and a draw after golden point.

Then the donks bus crashes on the way to the airport putting the whole squad out of action for the season.

That would be nice.....
