I wouldnt go that far. I think he is good. He has been making a lot of bad reads lately.

He just isnt as good as beej. Now it obviously isnt just down to who is the best player, there are salary caps and other considerations but its just odd that they are like tough calls on joey....

I don't get the hate for Blocker as a commentator... At least he's genuine & occasionally gives you an insight into a players mindset or why/how that felt/how a forward contest is going.

Compared to Hodges, Anasta who just offer drivel... I'll take Blocker.

I'm a Raiders fan so Brandy is amusing just to feel the hate but Blocker seems fairly even handed.

He's just like watching a game with a simple, genial mate. Whereas I would actively avoid watching a game with Hodges or Anasta et al.

Blocker is one of the great voices of our times compared to hodges.

Every week we're seeing ball carried STROLL through his corridor whilst he stands flat footed, ball watching and defending nothing but thin air.

There is also the fact he is slow and would struggle to break through an under 7s defensive line
