And yet he's only achieved as much as those two...

Lol rudder and Perry rode the coattails of legends. At least Pearce played a role in the 2013 premiership with a solid finals series finals and showed some top form during the 3 straight minor premierships. And has lead Newcastle back to respectability.

I’m not his biggest fan but I find it ridiculous when people say he is a total failure

Yeeeeah we shit the bed this week against the best team in the comp. We gave Storm way too many chances in the first half.

Maloney and SBW carried Pearce to that GF victory.

He’s just not a big game player.

And yet his record will read one premiership win in the halves. The f**king same record. The Roosters actually dumped him to get an actual winner in their squad FFS.

He wasn't that f**king good. He did his job certainly. That Grand Final win was all SBW and Tupou. I still have nightmare about that. The other genuinely great game of that Series, that 4-0 against Manly in the first week, he was pretty f**king absent.

Point out to me where I said he was a complete failure.

Learn to read.

Very good club player, but the idea of giving him yet ANOTHER chance at Origin is f**king insanity.

He has been measured up, and found wanting. The simple observation that a dude like Blake Green is a better shout is not saying Pearce is a total failure.
