We received 3 penalties in the second half. One for a professional foul, one for a crusher, and then one in the last minute.

Very kind of the Storm to completely change the way they played at half time.

EAD Souths.

They are incapable of beating decent opponents unless the penalty count is ridiculously skewed in their favour .

Just been checking stats on this one. Is this the usual Souths in trouble give them lots of penalties or is Melbourne really that poorly disciplined?
A little from column A, a little from column B.

To be fair, Souths fans did a wonderful job influencing the ref. Whinge, cry, boo, moan; get a penalty. There aren't fans anywhere who do it better...

...or more annoyingly

And we keep on rolling. Was good to have a proper hit out with that kind of intensity before finals.

South Sydney Rabbitohs v Melbourne Storm

The Melbourne Storm have all but secured the 2019 minor premiership after downing the South Sydney Rabbitohs 26-16 at Central Coast Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Is it whinging if they’re penalties? The square ups that happens in the game in general baffles me. After Souths got 9 penalties in a row, the refs would have put the whistle away for infringements compared to if the penalty count was 0-0.

It was still 12-7 your way and you had 55% of the pill.

Brilliant game. Both teams played excellent football. Melbourne are super entertaining when they're in an attacking mood.
