What blows my mind is how this has come about. If they spun it better they could have got rid of Brown at season;s end and made the last 3 games about doing it from Browny and the fans. Instead they dump him like trash and while he doesn't say a bad word about the club, this performance to me shows the players protest.

I'd be filthy if i was a Knights fan. This season has showed so much promise only for it to be completely ruined by whoever made the decision to get rid of Brown this week.

It came about because the Knights have been negotiating with Adam O’Brien for weeks and Nathan Brown got wind of it. He effectively quit before being sacked.

This debacle does give an insight to the character of the Newwie players.

Benny has been blamed, then Tinkler, then Browny. Here's a clue lads, look inward.
I don't think it's the players blaming any of that. There's not many players out there that weren't debuted or brought to the club by Brown - it's his team 100%.

I'm only speculating but I think it might be narrowed right down to Brown and Ponga. That story earlier in the week about Ponga being out having a "thickshake" when the news broke about Brown getting sacked tells me their relationship specifically may not be the greatest, and the club is picking future superstar player over 3 year old middling coach.

It can't just be that. There has to be more to it given the timing.
