Look at how bad a talent like Jessie Ramien is being used. And Zac Lomax can’get a run while Ravioli continues to play first grade.

If I could pick one of the Dragons backs to play for the Roosters from next year, it'd hands down be Zac Lomax.

But he can't get a run at the Dragons atm.

It's crazy and is part of an alarming trend imo where coaches aren't willing to give talented young blokes a crack.

I mean looking at the Dogs now, how on earth weren't Meaney and Okunbor in the team from rnd 1?

Just finished watching the game. Even though we won I felt like a draw would have been the right result. If we didn't squander our chances it doesn't even go to golden point. Friz is a champion and without him we would have lost. I have no idea why our dumb f**k coach leaves a Korbin on when he has a suspected broken arm and puts Lomax on with 5 minutes to go against a tired Knights pack. Tariq needs to concentrate more on his line runs instead of trying to terrorise halfbacks. Hunt needs to own the big moments given his price tag but doesn't. Dufty will be better for the run. The way I see it we get the f**k outta dodge and never speak about this game again.

For the Knights I thought Klemmer was outstanding but needs support, Pearce had another average game but always had someone breathing down his neck. Maybe Brown needs to work around this with changing the gameplan or finding another hooker that can deliver something different to Levi. Ponga had a decent game back at fullback. If the Knights can put together an 80 minute performance they will be hard to beat.

The refs I thought were pretty average with some strange calls and not controlling the ruck. At times it felt like the game was being played in slow motion.

I didn't even include the Eels or Raiders in my tally - that's how funny the comp is this year.

If the Roosters lose another game all year they should be deported to the Western Sahara.

If the Eels and Raiders aren't going well, I don't know who the 4-6 are. The two obvious ones. Rabbitohs lost to Manly and were lucky to get past the Titans. They are hardly in scintillating form. Sharks were going OK but have injuries and are back with the pack. Manly and the Dogs are notoriously hot and cold. Even the Storm were sloppy this round but they are still unbeaten. Beats me. Lucky its only round 4. Things could be very different next week.
