That lying on a player with no fear of the consequences (a penalty is a plus in that situation) is a blight on the game. Can't blame the players for doing it, the rules need to not reward that. Maybe in the last 2 minutes, lying on the player results in a sin bin automatically, and time out is blown instantly from the penalty to the tap to restart play.
Storm with 5 unconvincing wins against 5 struggling teams, not sure how to judge that. 5 wins in a row is always good, but they are not playing well for a team with 5 wins.
Cowboys rotten luck from last year looks to be continuing. Wish Macdonald and Asiata the best, their clash looked nasty.
Sad that the biggest talking point from the game is not a terrible injury (which would also be sad but understandable), but the terrible rules in place that allowed the play to continue while the seriously injured players stayed on the field. One day it will be nice when the game is properly professional and we don't have these sorts of strange incidents....
