How in the name of f**k did Kearney get a extension of his contract earlier in the year? Can't blame him solely but f**k the Warriors are a brain dead team. First set of 6 of the 2nd half, late in the count, a strip results in a penalty to Cows... Just dumb play. And that sort of shit is indicative of what they do. And it feels like bar 1 or 2 seasons they've done that as a franchise since 1995... Kearney has dead set won the lottery with that contract extension..

Warriors are tenth, just out of the 8, and likely to stay about 10th despite that result. Theoretically they are within striking distance of a top 8 spot (obviously a lot of the season to go). That is the quality of the "middle" teams this year.

On the plus side, I guess it means any team that can actually play well for a few weeks can probably move up the ladder pretty quickly.

To be fair, the Warriors will drop out of the "middle" bunch of teams over the next month or so if they continue the way they're going.

It's still only round 6 and we've still got Origin to mess with the comp.

Well done Cowboys. Even though they looked flat after playing the Storm, getting the win away could very well be the difference later in the season.

When it comes to tipping the Warriors I will now use the George Costanza philosophy. The sooner Stacey Jones becomes their coach the better. That last 20 minutes was disgusting from them.

The leadership group at the club

Cameron George a dude who hung drawn and quartered Johnson while his back was turned
Brian Smith say no more
Stephen 34.3% Kearney
Adam Bleh 800k of pure rubbish
Blake Green who is not a day under 70
Issac Luke who loves another club more than his own
Roger - a bloke trying to do it on his own

Oh and Peter “banned for life” O’Sullivan

Good god

Kearney was just given an extension because you know, the lads. I mean after all we had to fend off all the other offers he was getting.

They’ve been missing their number 1 half and the only guy in the team with half a brain. In all likelihood they win 1 and possibly both the last 2 games if Green plays. If he plays the rest of the season it wouldn’t surprise me if they still make the 8.
