Two more points would have put us on the top of the ladder, then Ricky could have arranged for NRL headquarters to be bombed or something to cancel the entire season and we could claim to be the 2019 premiers!

Just came form the pub. That was the kind of game Raiders would've lost 12 months ago with some comical errors, but they were a composed side today when the inevitable Broncos penalties came. Whether they can sustain their form is another thing, but getting 2 points in the kind of games they'd have thrown away last season should make a hell of a difference come the pointy end of the season.

I was under the impression that the Raiders forward pack was out on its feet at points (following last week's performance). Winning games despite the fatigue is something you'd expect of the Storm, not the Raiders.

It remains to be to seen whether they can keep it up all season or if they'll burn out, Dragons style.

Raiders were too good today well done. Our forwards got worked over again.... Looks like it's going to be a long learning year for our young forwards and hopefully Boyd will do the right thing and retire at the end of the season. ( I would prefer that he retired tomorrow but that ain't gonna happen)

Boyd is pretty bad tbh. Its one rugby league circlejerk that is spot on. The guy has a pea sized heart. Imagine making him captain

He cost the broncos 5-10m on one kick return because he was waiting for oates to link up when position wise it made more sense for boyd to take the return. Obviously he should have fallen on the wighton kick instead of taking it into touch but his weak antics were across the entire game. The guy was a rep player

CNK was on one leg and he also has strong wingers to use but he still did the hard yards.
