the right time is when you realise the incumbent or current set up won't win you a premiership. not necessarily this year, but ever. a halves combo of Milford and Nikorima won't win a title.

the age does not matter. whether Dearden is 18, 21, 24, there are going to be teething problems with a debutant and a new combination, and he's going to be a target for any NRL-standard forward.

Funny thing for me is that Wayne had a chance to either make history (premierships at three clubs) or take the tinkler cash. Saw a puff piece on TV with the media trying to manufacture a fight between Bennett and Seibold. It still staggers me how a club can fire the only coach who was a part of all their premierships. I think Bennett would have been better to develop their young team, but that's something we will never know now.

Expecting Reynolds kicking game to pretty much wear the Broncos down while Souths edges have a field day like Saints did in that final last season,
