Bad news today from our Health Minister.

Mudgee has been placed into quarantine.

There’s a McVirus plan being implemented.

SGI board and Coach have also been placed into quarantine and they’re believed to be the source of the McVirus outbreak.

Experts are currently checking the player squad for symptoms of McVirus. Authorities say all players from 2015 will be checked but have not ruled out screening fans that continue to buy membership.

Rabitohs players are believed to be unaffected by McVirus with the exception of Sele who has been removed from the Bunnies camp.

Experts from the Dragons forum believe a vaccine named Bennett eliminated McVirus some years ago and are investigating how to treat affected people before McVirus becomes pandemic.

Puts on facemask as he rises smack bang in the epicentre of the quarantined zone.

Who am I kidding, as if i'm not already infected.

It's been 6 long years now.

Oh the pain...

Got your decades mixed up there. In fact, French Rugby League prospered in the 1950s. They hosted the first 'Rugby XIII' World Cup.

The book to read is The Forbidden Game by Mike Rylance.

More about this in French RL forum near the top of the main message board.

Also, there's a 2 links to a LU podcast about this by A View From The Hill here.

South East Asian countries you say. Couldn't agree more.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong with an NRL team based in Thailand? The Bangkok Sex Tourists has a great sound to it.

I would follow that team in a heart beat. Finally there’s a team I can identify with.

After seeing the “unchanged line up from 2019” picked for tonite - Souths by +13 every day of the week..
Lost opportunity to trial new centre pairing and new prop (Blacker).. I hope I’m wrong but I can’t see this backline standing a chance ..

Do you meant decades which (in reality) end with zero indicating a 10th year?

Nope, I’ve got that down pat.

I imagine there was a brace of forum “contributors” who suffered from premature jubilation on January 1, 2000, thinking the new Millennium had finally arrived.

Yes Mickey,
You have to wonder if our young guys will ever get a real chance if they can’t get picked for a trial.

The good thing is it will be against the Souths first team so plenty of time for them to get burned by Roberts and co. There is still the slimmest hope they Wiliame might earn a spot. Plus hopefully Campbell Graham puts on aerial masterclass which shows we need some height in the form of Saab.

I hope this is our alternate jersey for this season. It’s completely suitable. Good nod to the Steelers and very striking. Bring it on boys. Btw, I’m a St George boy thru and thru but a subtle nod is appropriate, we’ve had some abominations recently

Does anyone know if the tomato :tomato: inspired jumper SGI is playing in tonight is just for the CS, or is it the 2020 away version?

Plain red makes the players look like a bunch of tomatoes :tomato:, Bereft of any creativity, in my opinion.
I have an issue with these “creative” jerseys they come up with in the league. I’m a graphic designer by trade and when they keep it simple and traditional, my opinion is that is the most effective
