Any Panthers fan at all could have pointed you to magic round last year as evidence Yeo cannot play centre. Yes he started there many years ago, but he's a middle forward, second row at a pinch, and centre in a absolute emergency. Having an absolute emergency 20 minutes into an Origin decider is on the coach.

If they had gone into the 2nd half at 6 all you would give them a chance even without Teddy, but now they're chasing on the scoreboard, a man down with Yeo marking Gagai and going into the 2nd half after doing a mountain of defence. QLD's confidence would have to be threw the roof.

If NSW middles bother to get into the game then I think it will be close, but unfortunately I think QLD go on with it. This will be quite an achievement given this is probably the worst QLD side ever assembled. Wayne Bennett once again proves he is the greatest coach in the game.
