All the clubs will play in Fiji. The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is providing the necessary funding for 4 years, including preseason games in Fiji.

With Brothers and Wests out of the comp RMC will be back to 10 teams, which means the NSWRL will schedule about 8 byes for all the teams as per 2018 and if you win 3 or 4 games out of 18 you make the finals. They should play a top 5 and combine the finals with the Women's comp and let the 14 team SS run the full season and have SS finals linked to NSW Cup and Flegg.
