Souths gifted the win.

Tracey threw it, kept running, was a metre in the in goal when Katoa caught it. Not even close to forward.

Plus Morris dropped a try, Souths got one from a grubber that bounced around, and Ramien way out of position. Sharks missing 4 first grade backs, 3 tries all, but we looked more creative and were the better team at the end. Not too upset at the form, just the result. Not that it will matter in a month when the comp is called off.

Souths dominated the first half, kicked and chased better, and made fewer fundamental errors like being able to actually play the ball. They'll be happy (if Reynolds isn't injured) that they can just play the fundamentals and win most games. Johntson looks as good as Mitchell at full back, Mitchell really should be at centre. Cook was the best on the field, then Shaun Johnson/Reynolds.

Shows the spine is just as crucial early as late.

Thats it people.
The rule is the travel of the ball relative to the momentum of the passer.
Souffs gifted a win by Badger's incompetence/cheating.

Normally I'd be more pissed off, but I really doubt the viability of the season anyway.
