B-Moz and JWH both named int he starting lineup.

The 17 already looks way better with just those 2 back. No Butcher derping it up in the front row, he is still in the back row where he is at least passable.

Freddie Lussick named at 14 which is a good move as Jake just can't play 80 anymore.

Interesting to see Sam Walker named at 21. I am half expecting him to play in place of Hutchison, got a feeling Robbo just doesn't want a full week of pressure on the kid.

In this weeks version of ridiculous odds, the Tigers are $3.50

Their opposition will likely have Flanagan and Hutchison as the halves lol.
They also got pumped by the Knights and just managed to beat the Bulldogs. They can drop a few more games and still come 9th.

Looks a decent side to me. Much better side than the one the Storm trampled over. Bench a bit flaky though. It's only the Tiges, you'll be right.

Between now and the finals with the top 8 windows getting narrower week by week, there will be some upsets, and a couple of shock wins thrown in.

I don't see our forwards getting trampled like they did last week but the halves are the issue for me.

If they just concentrate on getting manu and teddy early ball then we might be OK.

Problem with Sam isn't his ability but his physique, he is still very scrawny. He's only 18 years old and needs to add more muscle onto his frame to take the week in week out pounding of NRL football. That's why there were stories in the last few weeks that, at the end of training, he does extras where he has JWH and SST run at him and he has to tackle them as a way of beefing him up.

Yeah no doubt he is not ready for playing week to week as you say but I am wondering whether he could get through one or two games until Keary returns?

So the roosters are missing like 4 players. Surely SuperCoach Robinson should be able to get them home. Plus remember the Roosters taught Teddy how to play footy so he should still be fine without Keary.

Think the Roosters will play a really basic gameplan and try to turn it into a scrap. They’ve had a 9 day turn around so plenty of time to get used to a new half. JWH always runs rough shot over our pack and will no doubt do this again.

Tigers missing Grant who’s been our best player this year by a mile and a couple of forwards but in reality it’s probably the best side on paper we’ve named this year (assuming Twal and Mikaele play)

We definitely have no excuses, well apart from being shit, we’ve fallen off a cliff the last 3 weeks. Sadly I feel the Roosters will still be too strong by about 8.

It's obviously far less egregious when he is doing narrations for sports you don't care about but this "Modest Suburtbs of Brisbane" thing is starting to annoy me...

Bit of a coin flip in my opinion. If hutch and flanno can distribute and kick well, the Roosters should be fine.

Having said that, Marshall could have one of those games where he has the ball on a string, and don’t clashes between these sides have a history of going against form?

I can see Joey Manu will have a field day today it's him an Morris who I think will have at least 3-4 tries in them today. Need Brooks and Mbop to not be cats in defence tonight.

Braith Anasta: "The coach said he wants Flanagan to steer the side, have a good kicking game, and show his personality. THAT MEANS RUN THE FOOTY!"
