Yep. They should judge it through the action naturally occurring instead of this "electricity rule" which they seem to have adopted.f**k, this game is dire watching.
I know the reffing team got the letter of the law correct on that Titans no try, but f**k I hate seeing them adjudicate tackles on such pissweak grounds. Guy's arm is on the ground - sure - but having a hand on him shouldn't constitute tackled, especially when the tackler putting his hand on him is part of him trying to drag him back into the in-goal.
Same should apply when a player scores a try with part of his arm touching the ball instead of actually grounding wit a downward motion with his hand.
Slo-mo replays also don't help either.
