Green is two years past it. Went well for us at first

I don't think he's past it. I just think more responsibility exposes a lack of flair.

He's solid to the point of stoic, but at the same time that does make him predictable. And with a DCE type he can just do those kicks when they need to find touch, for eg...just the solid percentage plays that he so often gets right.

Without that foil he goes from dependable to predictable IMO and teams can get on him without worrying too much about his halves partner. And Green does the small things so well but he doesn't have that extra gear
