Panthers GF poster in the paper yesterday, front page is dominated by a Harvey Norman ad and a small insert in the corner saying free Panthers poster.

Today it's the Souths poster - a bigger promotion on the front page with an article on how Candice Warner loves the Bunnies.

A coincidence, right?

But then again, I tend to overthink and overanlyse these things.

Crowe is a good actor but the problem is he reads what other people write for him on screen. When no-one writes for him he has to think for himself. That is when the problems start.

In many respects it has been our time this past two seasons, even if Sunday doesn’t go our way.

2019 was a blip, Ivan’s first season back, the three seasons under Hook were pretty decent.

i understand we need to seal the deal so to speak, but if Sunday doesn’t go our way, I will be able to live with it.

In June, prior to SOO it was all plain sailing, no one could get near us.

The reality now is, we have got to the GF against all odds, with a squad which is significantly under strength given our injuries.

I read today, V’Landys potentially deferring the GF for a week or so if Covid in Queensland got worse and in the back of my mind I was thinking how good would that be. Another week for us to potentially allow some of our busted players to have additional recovery time.

Our team has done us proud yet again in 2021 and a win would be the deserved glory but if it doesn’t happen so be it, it doesn’t detract from an amazing season, not for me anyway.

I found that hilarious, in fact it is Crowe who is a hillbilly, given his scruffy look. He needs a shave pretty badly.
