Whoever came up with the edict that refs have to ignore the circumstances, needs to be banned from involvement in sport permanently. So Tedesco can take a run, then half a second before making contact with the tackler he drops to his knees meaning the tackler can't avoid contact with the head, and yet the tackler gets sinbinned.
