I read today that this is only the second time Jamaica have made a world cup in any sport? Aside from being grouped with the West Indies in cricket I assume. Go the Reggae Warriors! Apparently a big Jamaican and Irish community in Leeds too so this should be cool to see

Irish should put a healthy score on the Jamaicans , hopefully entertaining game, but Ireland using this as a warm up game

Thank god Kayo are doing Mini's for the tournament otherwise I'd miss so much of the upcoming games including this one. May stay up for Scotland v Italy but will catch a mini for this and the NZ/Lebanon game.

Yeah, I'm just about to change job/employer. Last 2 world cups I've been in the same job up until now, shift working, so could watch all games. Now that I'm kinda prepping to transition to a day job, with only a couple of shifts left with my current job, I'm going to have to pick and choose which games get full view, and which will get the mini treatment.

I felt the refs were poor for this game. They missed a few shepherds, forward passes and even missed a play of the ball which wasn't even close to square. Having said that Jamaica played way too much one out and were caught out in the fringes way too mant times. They allowed Ireland way too many quick plays.
Ireland's ball movement was quite slick and left half a dozen tries out there. Will be interesting to see how they go against a team with more class.
Had to laugh at the feed which went to the Italy v Scotland game during halftime (thanks for the spolier).
