Raiders have been a pleasure to watch but it will end here. They've had a great second half of the season after losing Hodgson in round one and Fogarty for the majority of the pre-origin period. They hold the great honour of knocking the Southern scum out of the 2022 premiership and it will not be forgotten.

Panthers/Eels grand final has been written from a few weeks ago. It will be so. Eels must rise above the results of their 2017-21 seasons.

Eels by 40. They're still the team to beat IMO. It's going to be more open for them playing against a team who get back 10m instead of 6m.

Last week was their Turnbull stakes tune up. They're so good this week will be a bit of track work before the charge onto their Doriemus like Caulfield and Melbourne Cup double.

This is the kind of game Parramatta of yesteryear would choke in. Would it happen again? I hope not. If it does happen, I hope BA is gone next week.
I think we're stuck with BA for next year regardless. I"ll settle for his contract not getting extended again should we lose.

Interesting game. Youd have to think Eels however momentum is worth so much at this time of year, the Raiders will continue to throw caution to the wind and have nothing to lose. Commbank Stadium is worth 12 point to the Eels. Moses will play as HIA protocols seem to go out the window come finals time. Whoever wins this will fancy their chances at a GF spot.

Ill go Eels by 4

Are the coaches at the Knights or Titans contracts expiring at the end of next season too? If so, that's pretty canny alignment for BA to make a switch.

Not sure on Knights, but Holbrook is signed until the end of 2024 I believe. I do agree that BA could good for the Titans or Knights though.

If we let BA's contract expire, the Titans would be mad not to sign him up if they have another bad year.

Grant Atkins is on a Hayne 09 run of form for his beloved Raiders. He’ll get them over the line again I’m sure, whether on field or in the bunker.

Raiders by 10.

The Raiders have never been behind at the conclusion of 80 minutes of play at Commbank Stadium - and that golden point loss to the Eels should have been a win due to the try stolen from us by Klein for a “forward” pass that wasn’t even flat, it went back.

I expect we’ll maintain our perfect 80 minute record again, and knock the Eels out in what is the first ever finals meeting between the two clubs.

Every minute of golden point is after 80 minutes. So you have been behind after 80 minutes at CommBank Stadium.

This game is impossible to pick, both teams struggle to win games they are expected to win, hopefully Moses fails his concussion protocol and we lose a few more before game day and Wanka Blake plays fullback. If that happens Canberra will shit the bed for sure.

if my memory serves me correct Moses went down injured after 30 mins. So we had no halfback for the last 50 mins. We were behind when we went off and managed to win in GP thanks to a Gutho FG.

Not saying we will beat the cowboys if we win this week.

But this week will be a bigger mental challenge and hurdle for Parramatta then the preliminary final. Considering the past 6 years.

If Parramatta win this week they knock away the week 2 bogie on the backs. Then go into a preliminary final underdogs which suits Parramatta down to a tee with Cowboys having all the expectation of a home crowd
