Also, they have gone back to back (should really be 3) Premiership. Neither Manly nor Canberra did that. There's nothing to say they won't be favourites to win the next 2 or 3 either based on squad age/quality. Better winning percentage over a 3 year period too.

Are Penrith more dominant - sure. But to suggest that they weren’t the most consistent side or weren’t dominant at the time is ridiculous.
