Parra and Penrith scored more than 18pts in unsuccessful comeback attempts in the 01 and 20sGFs. One day, a team will stuff up a lead like that in a GF. Then you have the stupid super bowl the Atlanta Falcons should've won.

You can't take anything for granted at the moment despite how it seems for neutrals.
If there is a team that won't take that lead for granted, it is your mob.

it's a one team league
theres just a real lack of talent in important spots in the nrl and adding more teams is gonna make it worse
I'll agree there to ab extent. Penrith several levels better talent-wise than the next best side. Combine that though, with the fact that they're also the most driven and intensely competitive side, it's no surprise that it's a soft comp. Partly an NRL talent problem but a lot of the blame has to go to coaching and poor recruitment but you can't take anything away from the way Penrith simply want to win more.

Its no use having the best talent but none of the passion or desire to win... you'd have a team full of Kalyn Pongas.
