Terrific effort by a bunch of reserve graders tonight who were blowing at the end.

Missing 8 of our best 17 and our halfback in the first 20 seconds. Havili had to play 80. Cartwright and Chee Kam have been injured all season. Milne, Kennar, Tass etc are reserve graders at the moment.

Scoring 40 points away from home, I'll take that any day.

Newcastle? Embarrassment. Terrible football team. Found a major weakness in the Milne/Paulo edge, scored 3 tries, and never went there again. AOB should be in the dole queue.

I felt I was a bit harsh over my comments about Klemmer last night. He busted a gut and had big numbers as usual. Maybe he took the loss too personally.
I wouldn't be surprised if he was baited into the stuff at the end of the game, but unless you have really good ears you wouldn't know the bants between players during the course of the game.
