To clarify, I believe that they should enforce the rule about regaining your feet before putting the ball on the ground.

But they don’t, and haven’t for years. If he had planted the ball directly on Jurbo’s foot, or if he was still on his knees when Jurbo came through the ruck, I’d say fine, lost ball. But he was standing and ready to play the ball when the ball was kicked out, so I’m happy with the penalty call.
