Feel like this game will say alot about both teams ability to make a dent in the finals. Cowboys were outclassed by Roosters a few weeks ago and Rabbitohs lacked the maturity/smarts to close out the win against an understrength Panthers same as they couldn't against Sharks

Feel like both teams are under equipped to step up in the finals but we will see

Souths by 10

Sin binned for a head clash, f**k Vlandys ball.

I hate souths as much as the next bloke but that looked like direct contact to the head with the shoulder. Both sin binnings were warranted.

Souths were there to be beat tonight, 5-7 looks about right for them in this competition. Cowboys just not good enough and have shown that 2-4 is well overs for them this year.

Cowboys are going out in straight sets, they have nothing, flat trackers
A number of players would still be affected by the loss of their former premiership winning coach.

Dearden out didn't help tonight. They will be fine with a home final up north should they lose week 1.

Would you back them to beat storm/parra/roosters/souths in week 2 up there?

Souths and Roosters would both be top 4 with the draw the Sharks and Cowboys had and no one will change my mind

Reckon Robbo will rest players next week?

Hard to say

I reckon the winner will actually finish 5th as storm will beat parra. If parra win then the result is largely irrelevant as they meet again the following week, it is just a matter of venue which let's be honest doesn't make much difference.

The thing is the coaches won't know until after the 24 hour deadline to trim the squads.

When Finucane was suspended for a head clash: "It's justified. He has to be responsible especially when he rushed out of the line like that."

When Hess gets penalised and sin binned: "But it was a head clash! What a joke!"

NRL fans are the worst.
