We are batting after winning the toss

Perry dropped on 6, Bairstow type influence

1/20 - 3 overs

Fun fact:
First time Ayyssa Healy been out to a seamer via LBW in 87 ODI games , back in 2012

I don’t imagine they’d have lost 3 in a row for a while.
They usually respond to do or die situations so we’ll see what happens.

Missing Megz big time last few games

Really had them at the end in this 1st ODI, but their no10 hanged around and contributed with Knight , and they got there easily. Schutt bowled well last night, but got tonked badly in the T20s, and those were close matches

With Haynes retiring and Megz not around , we really are missing another specialist bat in the top 6 IMO. Cant keep relying on Mooney. We dont need a ton of batting all rounders that are all gonna roll the arm over, which is whats been happening

Poms wont get a batter chance to get us

The final Ashes ODI match on tonight from 10pm

We do want to make sure we win this one so as to win the series properly, rather than draw the series on points. Though either way the ashes are ours......again

Love them to go to 2 ashes tests with the white ball games as well, then eventually go to 3 tests

Dream start with two early wickets.

This partnership feels key for England they need to stick around for a while. Our two thorns at the crease, get them early and we'll be in real good shape.
If we don't though these two could build a platform for one hell of a total.
