you gotta wonder about ESPN’s analytics… Levis was only rated highly because Mel drove that hype train…

Well, I wouldn’t be against the Raiders trading up into the back of the first round to go get Porter or Levis.

With the shit I read about Will Levis not being able to make correct reads I was surprised that he was being talked about as a first rounder. So in turn, I wasn't surprised at all to see him fall.

Stoked with Wilson. Hopefully we can get Porter tomorrow.
You see this interview with Mayock from this morning?

Bloody fascinating as a Raiders fan… confirms a lot of shit we all suspected.

Gruden had final say… the thinking behind the Ferrell pick… The issue they had with free agents and the owners lack of cashflow.

worth a listen even if you’re not a Raiders fan.

I follow college football pretty closely so I am always surprised when annually there are at least 10 players drafted in the first round that I have never heard of (I don't follow the draft mocks etc as the draft is approaching I usually look at the mocks a year or more out so I can see the names getting mentioned for the next year of college ball). This year there is about 12. It should become less as college football moves towards free agency.
How that TE from Iowa got ahead of Michael Mayer from ND is beyond me (I am sure he was off the charts at the combine or something). Mayers production at ND is legendary.

What a day to be an eagles fan
I thought Nolan Smith was a worst case possible pick at 10

I thought there was going to be a good chance that Carter fell to a spot that we could trade up to get him, but if that didn’t happen, and the other blue chip players went off the board before 10 and we couldn’t get a trade back happening, I thought we could just take Smith, it’s a little early but it’s fine

to trade up and get Carter AND get Nolan smith for the grand cost of a 2024 4th round pick
Wild fever dream

Wasn't there a medical issue with Smith?
