3 penalties for kicking out on the full is unforgivable.
Which leaves 4 decided penalties to 1 and that 1 was given by the bunker, and probably shouldn’t have been.

to be fair on 2 of them were offside from the scrum on play 1 on the try line, which is done in purpose
1 was a dangerous tackle and the other was offside from a kick, which was blatant

so none have been discretionary
