Our team sucks and it shouldn't have been that close given Manly's outs plus some of the help we got in the first half.
Ponga is probably the most heavily targeted player in the comp. Not sure anyone else gets hit higher and illegally more often than him. He doesn't need help getting knocked out.

The one where the kid got binned was clearly a slip from Ponga..

Wasn't Garrick meant to have knocked back a strong approach from Newcastle in the offseason to play fullback and instead stuck with Manly because they were going to shift him from the wing to his preferred position in the centres?

Now he can't crack the centres in front of players like Parker and Harper, or even fill in at fullback with Turbo off on rep duty.
