The opposite end of it is when the marker has their hands all over the bloke trying to play the ball and they penalise the play the ball for not standing up.

HANDS OFF THE BLOKE PLAYING THE BALL. Should be an instant penalty/Count Restart. The mauling in the play the ball is a pain to watch. It'll speed the game up and leaves no room for dodgy interpretations.

Anything would be better then the old Dairy Farmers/Kirwan stadium. That was a sh#t hole. Locals contributed to it though. Seen some stuff at Suncorp but it was consistently bad at Dairy Farmer's in my experience.

Agreed. Okunbur got pinged for not getting up to play the ball in the earlier game, with roosters hanging off him. I remember when it was the responsibility of the tackler to clear the ruck.
