Tigers to win here and put the spoon race back on the agenda.

Spoons our unless we win this by 40+ which we wont

Dolphins are a tough side but this being their fourth travel game in a row will likley be too tough

We've done everything bar win the last 3 weeks, think we finally get it over the line this week. Wests by 14.

After returing from NZ last week, Tigers play Dolphins (H), Roosters (A) and Manly (A).

After returning from Cairns last week, Dragons play (and I use that term lightly) Storm (H), Warriors (A) and Newcastle (H).

Tigers need to improve by two wins and 69 points to hand over the spoon.

I can't see Dragons winning a game. Storm lifting and need to win to stay in top 4, Warriors same and have not travelled for a few weeks (they get all the leg-ups), Knights in form and may be playing for a home final... but maybe they rest a couple of key players.

Dragons lose all them and the F/A differntial is very achievable so long as they don't have a blow out in any of their matches.

Tigers look to be playing with more intent thatn Dragons, so can see them winning against Dolphins and Manly (who's finals aspirations should be over - if they're not already). Roosters are their only opponent with anything to play for.

Tigers play the final round on a Friday night, so the Dragons will know whether they have to beat Knights or not.

Oh what fun following a (currently and forseeably) shit team.

Having written all that down, I see Sportsbet has spooners as WT $1.01 and Dragons $23...

Youve put a lot of thought into this mate 😂

16th or 17th its still a shithouse season, i wont feel any better if we sneak into 16th

Oh for sure, 16 or 17, both teams are steaming piles.

After I saw the Dolphins are fielding an A reserves team this weekend, I've had a tenner on the Dragons to get the spoon... so I feel real good if we get the spoon.

Anyway, back to Tigers v Phins. Go Tiges.

I think we have another win or two in us this season, and a team whose season is over is kind of the perfect chance to get it. That said we will find a way to lose it.

I would love to see the Tiggers get up but I think this late in the season, after so many losses and with the end in sight, there just won't be enough investment there to pull it off.

I don't think you need too, storm will put 50 on us. Just get a win

Dolphins team is a complete mess! It’s probably a good thing for the long term of the club to give depth and up and coming players a run, Harrison might even be playing for a spot at Panthers or Eels given their need for a hooker

Hmmm, Tigers favourites against an understrength team. I know how this story goes.

Where is the mental health thread
