Sure we were missing some quality players but no excuses we should learn to play wet weather footy, but they don't learn! The Tigers dominated us physically and we had terrible hands. As embarrassing as it is to be the first team to lose to them in 9 months, we were honestly lucky to lose only by 4...

Forget any talk of a three peat, the class of 2021-22 has well and truly been diminished and those expectations are unhelpful. Certain players need to fix their attitude and attention to detail or we will struggle to even make the 8.

Penrith have lost players. Parra too. Souths and Roosters retained all of them. Brisbane are better. Cowboys are worse. Cronulla are the same. Manly are a Turbo injury away from a losing streak. Melbourne still hard to get a read.

Going off last week's game v Souths, Penrith will make the prelim final at a minimum. Souths are the premiership favourites now. They're starting to click. And they have confidence getting the Penrith monkey off their back. But Penrith were about to win until the final 10 mins. Have Api and it's no contest. He's a big loss. They're also still coping with the World Cup for mine. High performance approach to the rest of the year will be make or break for Penrith. Need them peaking at the right time. I think Souths are there right now.
