So the object is to say more nrl fans than afl? Can I respectfully say, ‘who cares’.
The best way to show that you don't care about something is to proclaim, completely unprompted, how little you care about it!

Have to say I’m only interested in the growth of league and not the fumblers. We’ve got lots to celebrate right now. I really don’t care how the other mob are going. So the object is to say more nrl fans than afl? Can I respectfully say, ‘who cares’.
This was discussed previously.Gold coast crowds averages last couple of years.
NRL
Titans
2021 14420 ladder position 11th
2022 15184 16th
2023 19536 9th
2024 17083 so far 15th
AFL
Suns
2021 8437 ladder position 16th
2022 11298 12th
2023 13733 15th
2024 13642 so far 12th
Both equally shit seasons
Gold Coast is still a RL town.
Fri 8:00pm | DOL v MEL | Suncorp | 25,167 |

Sat 5:30pm | SYD v CBY | Industree | 16,868 |

Fox have the 10,576 figure that was displayed at the ground for Souths vs Manly:
Fri 8:00pm DOL v MEL Suncorp 25,167 Sat 3:00pm GLD v WAR Cbus Super 22,702 Sat 5:30pm SYD v CBY Industree 16,868 Sat 7:35pm SOU v MAN Accor 10,076 Sun 4:05pm WST v CAN Campbelltown 10,106
84,919 for the round, 16,984 average.
2,351,631 season, 19,435 per game off 121 games
Sydney’s wet weather and the drain of State of Origin turned this one into a game the purists even struggled to enjoy, with stadium officials declaring a very generous 10,576 turned up to watch Cook step up with Latrell Mitchell missing.
I do like the city 'watch' comparisons, it's good to see how much ground we have made up as a game.Have to say I’m only interested in the growth of league and not the fumblers. We’ve got lots to celebrate right now. I really don’t care how the other mob are going.
Maybe one day we'll get back to that 20k+ average XDView attachment 90057
Suns crowd average is wrong in 2011. Forgot they played games at the Gabba that year too.
So, the Titans and Suns crowds are pretty much the same. That doesn't mean that the GC is no longer a RL town - the AFL has a lot more travelling fans, and puts a lot of thought into the Suns fixture such as have Richmond and Collingwood play during Vic holidays. The sellout crowds are half Victorians.View attachment 90057

Has PR not posted yet?I do like the city 'watch' comparisons, it's good to see how much ground we have made up as a game.
It's quite amazing the spike in numbers that we have seen in recent years
Great to see more optimism in this forum
Long may it continue!
They are a bit slow over there, always playing catch upHas PR not posted yet?
Bulldogs are running a 2 game membership special and those areas are held back for that offerIs Level 1 East sold out for Dogs v Sharks or is it just not for sale? Seems weird
