GA North is currently showing as allocation exhausted at Commbank Stadium for tonight, which is encouraging.

If the dolphins are going to cop shit for a 14k and a 20k crowd then this one also needs to cop shit. Souths are supposedly the pride of the league and supposedly the biggest club in Sydney but I'm doubting that right now.
crowds like that give you a true indication of how many full members there really are.

They have a seperate salary cap, seperate benefits from the NRL side of things..

Not sure how the game can get a fully professional NRLW without being able to bring in money for that side of the business.

This is Parra's but Sharks have one too, Hopefully this becomes the norm
Yes mate, nothing new there. Drags, and I assume all NRLW teams, have been selling memberships since entering the comp.
see below, this NRLW member was selected and included in a team photo.

Fans have voted with their feet this year. We've had enough of Accor - especially on a week night.
Hopefully the club gets the message then and moves as soon as the opportunity arises. The nature of Accor is probably even more stark in comparison to the newer, more suitable grounds like Commbank and Allianz that fans are starting to experience the last couple of years.

It was a snooze fest game, Fans know this stuff and so up accordingly.

Give a decent Souffs team and that game gets 20k

Would of been much more at Allianz though?

It was 1 v 15 with you guys having a stack of injuries to compound the situation

Southern Hill at McDonald Jones Stadium has just sold out, though less than ideal that there is now a chance of rain on Sunday. If the rain holds out, then should be 24K+

At Suncorp Stadium, Dolphins have opened up additional bays on Level 5 with Bays 530 & 531 now on sale. Silver Bays 509 - 514 are now down to single seats.

You'd have to really hate it to not turn up for something you've already paid for!
They do!
Playing crappy doesn’t encourage either. It is a drudge in a Thursday night.

Having prepaid means they don’t see the wasted dollars. Like getting savings taken from your pay each fortnight… you don’t notice.

Happens a lot unfortunately for a range of reasons, from members simply not being able to turn up for legitimate reasons, such as work, family, sickness, travel; to a lack of interest.

Don't know the figure today, but in 2014, ticketed members at Cronulla, Tigers and Eels only used around half of their ticket entitlements over the season. I'd like to hope numbers that low don't happen today, especially now a lot of clubs actually allow members to put their tickets back on sale and work a lot harder to encourage members to turn up.

Do you honestly believe all season ticket holders turn up to every game? I reckon there would have been 1000s of Souths members who gave last night a miss.

I've been a passioniate season ticket holder for over 25 years and I miss on average 3 or 4 home matches every season for various reasons. I reckon that's pretty standard.

Being closer to home would convince a few more thousand to go... the trek to Homebush is the killer

i don't doubt that Accor is a punish but even to say Souths Juniors which is on the Light rail route. That is still after 11pm which is a hard sell
