Nah, the NZRL is still primarily in control of all home tests. They maybe getting assistance from the ARLC/NRL, but the referee will be wearing NZRL apparel, there will be NZRL sponsors on the field & it is the NZRL managing the allocations on Ticketek.NZRL?
