Didn't they remove being able to use precedent in your defence in a kind of 'don't use our words against us' type ploy?

Storm should fight the downgrade for the purposes of 2025 though.

I thought they couldn’t used hits that escaped charge as precedent. Either way this is convenient theatre NRL will be disappointed if there is no challenge

Well if you go by the grading he should have been sent off, Remember the Roosters player didn't even return back.
