Got a feeling Parra are going to win this. They are well overdue at home and haven't been horrible the last few weeks.

Flanno looked absolutely morose at yesterday’s presser . He did say Suli would be back next week and that Kyle would be back soon . As if Dragons supporters haven’t suffered enough .

Do Parramatta want to avoid the spoon more than we want to make the 8. Our inept plodders say yes, Parramatta by 2.

First the Feagai brothers then the Couchman brothers. What’s next ?The Eisenplod brothers?

Will be interesting to see whether Eisenplod has been dropped following his performance yesterday.

Eels have been going well without much luck. That was horrible yesterday from Saints, all to play for, depleted opponent and never looked in it. Think Eels get the chocolates here, Parra by 8.

This game has no bearing on them avoiding the spoon. Win or lose they need to beat wests next week to achieve that.

W L L W L W W L L W L W W L W L W L W L W L ? ?

11x W
11x L

The consecutive games we've L or W have been in order during the year. So loooking at the pattern, both results are on the table - either the W to extend the W/L run, or the L as the last same consecutive result was a W W.

It's against the team coming dead last (giving WT the Bye when round 26 commences), with a shithouse coach, minimal impact on getting/avoiding the spoon and important for our top 8 aspirations, so ....

... I'm expecting the L... by a adecent margin too.

At the start of the season, I was hoping for more than 6 wins, was not expecting to play finals... now that we have a chance of finals, I couldn't give a f**k if they make it or not, as they don't have the quality to go on a decent run... best thing about making the 8 would be the opportunity to knock dogs or sharks out.

I've seen this movie before and I didn't enjoy it last time. If the Eels start fast like they did last week they'll probably go on with it.
Saints are just playing their part in the great rugby league soap opera.

TBaz should take a play out of Bellyache's playbook, for different reasons... he should rest Parra's key players this week to ensure they are fresh, avoid suspension and injury... and are fresh for spoon bowl 24.

Tigers will be coming off the bye for spoon bowl, so Parra really needs to be looking at next week.

But really... all their players are shit, so who would they rest anyway.

Parramatta should rest their players then. It’s essentially a dead rubber
Give their key players a rest to be prepared for the SpoonBowl

Parramatta have been playing a lot better than anyone thought the past few weeks. Plenty of effort and a few close losses. Looking at the team on paper they still look pretty decent. Definitely a good chance here.

It's their last home game and they haven't won there in 3 months so they owe it to their fans to have a dig.

I do get the logic but it also depends on how much value you put on the spoon (or not getting it). If they manage to avoid it and come 16th, what actual difference does that make?

I have 38 scotches next weekend instead of 50

Thank goodness I'll be at work and won't have to watch this trainwreck live and embarrass myself like I've done pretty much every 2nd week this season.
