Hmm. My wish is that they be consistent, but we know they won't be. If there are no penalties we will see players not making a genuine attempt for the ball and just being there to try put off the opposition resulting in them knocking on. If 'disrupters' aren't penalised for non genuine attempts at taking clean possession contests for a high ball might become a circus
