WCC rigging Super 8 draw looks a little off... Surely India in with England, USA and the Bangers was the best option.

That first group is weak as piss. SA will go through to their inevitable semi final choke. Hopefully the Windies aim up over their next 3 games too.

If Rashid Khan delivers, Aust or India at risk of missing semis.

Imagine being told 20 years ago that this would be the final 8 at a World Cup. Safe to say Bangladesh has passed Sri Lanka & Afghanistan aren’t far behind them either.

USA is a but more of an anomaly however I can’t imagine this is much beyond a shock result and a big upset. Can’t see it being parlayed into much anytime soon.

Group 1
India and Australia to go through to the semis, even though both teams haven't been at their best. Bangladesh just scraped through and Afghanistan's batting is a big weakness.

Group 2
3 into 2 won't go. West Indies can beat anyone on their day, South Africa's batting has been mediocre but the pitches they've played on haven't helped. The poms bullied the minnows but not really impressive. Windies to go through on the back of the home support. Can't pick the second. Yanks have done well to get this far.
