“Almost 1.59 million New Zealanders watched NRL matches Sky Sport and free-to-air on Sky Open in the first 10 rounds of the competition, a rise of 14% from 2023.”

So over 24 rounds the total would be 3.8 million

Plus finals, origins and test matches and nz tv ratings are 5 million

Not zero lol

12 years of declining ratings does the decline of the lakers explain it ?

I watched 10 mins of some nba it was good to watch but the time outs got annoying

I enjoyed the Super Bowl last year too with a very basic understanding of the rules

From today’s SMH
Whichever way you shake it, the AFL is the larger sport in Australia. Its total average audience per game and viewership for the grand finals exceeds that of the NRL. The code also boasts a higher on ground attendance.

Who the **** is Calum Jaspan ? must be a Vic-tard …NRL may as well close it down lol..

Lucky DAZN will have some time to get familiar with what the NRL brings to the table for their new $3.4B purchase before they flush it down the toilet ..
