Hearing lots of talk about “nearly 40k sold“ for Wembley.

even if the “nearly“ turns out to be 35k I still think this is a very encouraging number this far out.

still think we will hit at least 60k on the day for Wembley.

Current club form is going to give Wane some headaches. Normal shoe ins like Williams, Smith and Nsemba are playing crap at moment. Doesnt sound like his negative speech when he gathered them all has made much difference!

Why cant Wembley be sold out for once?.

Australia hasn't played England/ GB for donkeys and only getting under 60k will be a huge disappointment

the game just doesnt have the kind of footprint in the south to make this happen and sellout Wembley unfortunately.

under 60k would be a huge disappointment but anything over 60k would be great for me and anything over 70k would be amazing.

Only way it sells out is if we had a crop of England stars that made us faves to actually win it!
After 50 years of losses to Kangaroos you can forgive England RL fans of questioning if its worth trekking to London lol. If we can get 70k ish that's a massive win.

So why play it at Wembley in the first place? It's a Northern game so it should played in the North. With a full house sign, not with empty red seats. Looks horrendous on TV with empty seats.

Also would be mad if they played it at night, probably get more exposure. But yeah anything above 70k would be awesome 👌

Media is southern based and we continue to try and convince England that RL isnt just an M62 sport.

because it will be the largest attended test of the series.

we will get over 60k no problems and with the right promotion and marketing 70k+ will be achievable im sure.

getting over 70k depends on sales in London and the south in general.

Still with 3 months to go it could possibly hit 80k and make it a new record attendance, lets cross fingers 🤞
