Think wahs could be 60k

Didn’t think 35k was possible but you’re right it’s a chance.

I think this will flow on too other Sydney clubs to try and get more event games or make their game v dogs a big thing down the track

Sharks could be for the minor premiership

They got all their dud crowd games behind them
How many Eels fans do we think were there tonight?

If it was 80-20% Dogs fans, I think 50k is achievable for the Dogs/Warriors game.

If we have good weather that day and the wahs keep up their form the warriors fans will be out in force. I’d say it could have 10-12k wahs fans on hand easily, plus 40k dogs fans at least.
If both are still in the top 4 it will be a huge match and might get a lot of neutrals along.

Doggies vs Wahs should draw well and is rightly on everyone's radar.

Doggies vs Manly is a fun retro round at Allianz and should sell out (sans Members in L4W).

Doggies vs Sharks could be a sleeper for a huge crowd if the Minor Premiership is in play.

Elsewhere...

Roosters vs Doggies at Allianz for the inaugural Gadhu Gathering should get 30k+

Rabbitohs vs Eels at Allianz for the inaugural Gahdu Gathering could also clock 30k+ if South Sydney markets it as the club's "chance" to prove it should move back to Moore Park

Roosters vs Rabbitohs at Allianz should also draw 30k+ in the last round of the year.

We have Perth coming in 27
We have PNG coming in 28
And maybe another NZ team in 29
That would make it a 20 team comp
The crowds will increase beyond 100% 😃 wait and see!

The 2 sports are polar opposites in terms of the best way to watch.

AFL is infinitely better live, NRL is far better on TV.

and that’s reflected in crowd attendance and tv ratings across the 2 codes.
Are you sure the AFL is better live? You have no idea. I go with my GF coz i get dragged to this thing, and all I can tell you is that I can't wait till the siren sounds so we could get the hell out of there 😳

So adding 3 teams is going to double the total crowd numbers that 17 teams are currently getting. That ranks with PVL's comment of adding Perth and PNG will double the NRL's revenue.
