So, um, it doesn't happen then?It happens mate, when we got to the Final of the Pacific Cup there was a Maori family in our seats, the father, all 150kg of him says to me " dey must have sold these seats twice",
Good one. His wife then admitted to me " we have no idea where we`re actually meant to be seated".
It’s almost like the hysterical are wrong about the English game isn’t it? lolSellouts at headingley and Everton along with 61k at Wembley for the recent ashes series and now a 25k sellout in hull for the WCC shows that there’s still life left in English RL.
geographically hull is a little bit isolated from the rest of Yorkshire which realistically only has elland rd(Leeds) and bramall lane or hillsbourgh(Sheffield) with bigger stadiums.I appreciate it probably needs to be in Hull but to sell out so quickly makes me wonder if we aimed too low. I don't know if there is another bigger capacity stadium nearby by we could use that would have been appropriate?
Anyway good news it sold out so early i guess.
It just shows that the game is still alive and kicking and has huge potential for future growth with the right investment and development etc. It’s almost like the hysterical are wrong about the English game isn’t it? lol
