Jake Duke said they're expecting up to 25K on Fox, not that it is. Hopefully they do name 25K, but I feel like it is closer to 20K (although I'm not at the ground).Fox said 25k
They used to get good crowds thereDo souths fans suck and just bandwagon supporters or is Accor just that bad??
Just on this - it's going to be an interesting crowd figure. 3,000 Tickets were gifted to emergency services staff & SES volunteers to thank them for their work over a pretty rough summer. The Broncos vs Tigers game is on target for a sell out (or to single seats, at least). Seats held for new members have been added to the map and I'd guess about 1700 seats left. Once sold, approximately 1500 restricted view will be released.
Not sure about flexi members, they will probably pull the crowd down to 45k-ish. Like a few of us here, I was shocked at the 45k vs the Cowboys, that looked more like 47-48k. Corporate packages are appearing as 'no longer on sale' so I presume that they are sold out.
In any case, I'd expect a ground record vs the Tigers.
Could that explain why they closed off the upper sections prematurely?Just on this - it's going to be an interesting crowd figure. 3,000 Tickets were gifted to emergency services staff & SES volunteers to thank them for their work over a pretty rough summer.
Yep. They'll be in level 7 east for sure. 604 might house them too.Could that explain why they closed off the upper sections prematurely?
Great gesture by the club. Something more should consider for games they expect to have capacity.Just on this - it's going to be an interesting crowd figure. 3,000 Tickets were gifted to emergency services staff & SES volunteers to thank them for their work over a pretty rough summer.
“Biggest rivalry in the game” is laughable, their own fans don’t even give a shit.
Pretty good crowd considering there would have been no more than 1k Roosters fans
Good Friday will be epic
I feel like that crowd is disappointing. A Souths/Sydney matchup should be a 30k+ crowd
If it was at Allianz it would've got there.
Penrith home game played an hour from their usual venue.Last week Roosters/Riff had just over 12,000 on a Friday night . What's the excuse for that
