The Broncos vs Tigers game is on target for a sell out (or to single seats, at least). Seats held for new members have been added to the map and I'd guess about 1700 seats left. Once sold, approximately 1500 restricted view will be released.

Not sure about flexi members, they will probably pull the crowd down to 45k-ish. Like a few of us here, I was shocked at the 45k vs the Cowboys, that looked more like 47-48k. Corporate packages are appearing as 'no longer on sale' so I presume that they are sold out.

In any case, I'd expect a ground record vs the Tigers.
Just on this - it's going to be an interesting crowd figure. 3,000 Tickets were gifted to emergency services staff & SES volunteers to thank them for their work over a pretty rough summer.

Could that explain why they closed off the upper sections prematurely?

22k is a decent crowd, but hoped for more

I feel like the Matildas game may have had an impact, especially with families

Return leg at Allianz in R27 guaranteed 35k+

I think the crowd was at the low end of a pass for a Rabbitohs vs Roosters game. It's the lowest first-leg crowd for the Ron Coote Cup in 3 years. TV ratings will be interesting to see how that faired.

I don't really think it helps when the South Sydney CEO is having meetings with the Premier about moving South Sydney to Allianz in the same week South Sydney should probably be focused on getting its fans and members to its current home ground for a game against its biggest rival. Blake Solly has shipped us off to Perth next week - why couldn't he have been hitting the headlines about Allianz then?

Roosters fans were somewhat hard to come by. No doubt their slow start to the year impacted the overall crowd figure too.

In any case, another step towards an historic Good Friday crowd methinks.
